'DIET' FRIENDLY SAUCES

I have posted on my Instagram (@dandh9) in the past about 'diet' friendly sauces. These sauces are low in calories, low in carbohydrates, low in sugar and low in fat. Low being less than 1 gram or nothing at all.

So many people contact me asking what the brands are or where to get them from. So instead of replying a dozen times a day - I thought I would do this BLOG post to list the sauces and where you can find them!

I have only listed SOME sauces. My tip to you is to find any 'hot' sauce/ sauce with chili and check the nutritional panel. Most chili sauces don't have sugar and are low in cal and carbs.
